Welcome dear ATARI lover !

This is an English translation of main page - only main, because the whole "TA" magazine is in Polish and translating articles isn't the purpose of this project.

This site contains electronic archive of all Tajemnice ATARI issues. It was publishing in 1991-1993 in Poland and dedicated to 8-bit Atari computers. This magazine is very important piece of history for us (Polish), like the "Antic" for English-language people.

All articles are in Polish, so you probably won't understand them unless you know Polish well. However, the listings can be still useful for you, no matter if you are Polish or not (computers' languages are universal). There are many interesting programs to see (with sources).

All listings are ready to download and use in emulator (ATR disk images).

Page contains also some other interesting stuff like complete archive of "ST FORUM" (magazine about ST), full texts of Polish books related with ATARI XL/XE computers and scans of other magazines like "ATARI Magazyn" and "Bajtek". It is likely that there will be complete archives of these and probably other Polish magazines...

If you haven't seen ANTIC or ANALOG magazines yet and you know English well, I recommend you to surf there (links on right).

I hope this translation has given you a clue about content of this site.

TA in two file formats
Scanned TA magazine is available in two different formats : text format (as HTML + needed pictures) and DjVu format (pronounced as "deja vu"). DjVu format has been designed for compressing scanned documents - DjVu files are very small in size and preserves good picture quality, so they can be comfortably viewed even on slow connections. Before you can view these files, you have to download the plugin, which allows your browser to handle DjVu files. Download it from producer's website : http://www.lizardtech.com or directly from my page (Windows version) - DOWNLOAD PLUGIN
